Returning Products to HockeyDogs

Although we have a flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned under any circumstances:
1) Due to the private nature of the product, jocks, supporters and cups, undergarments, and mouthguards are non-returnable.
2) Special Orders, Custom Orders, Team Orders or other Special Accommodations such as jerseys with name and numbers may not be sent back.
Skates & apparels: All products such as skates or apparel MUST be received in their original/unused condition with original tags left intact. Sharpened skates may not be returned at any time.
FOR RETURING PRODUCTS you MUST first obtain a return authorization by calling or emailing HockeyDogs. The Return Authorization (RA) must be clearly visible on the returning package to be accepted. If the product you have received from us was a result of our error, a full refund will be issued, unless arrangements are made for the exchange of the merchandise at no additional cost to you. We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an eligible item within 60 days from the original date of purchase. Items that are returned within 14 days of receipt will not incur a restocking fee. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. If you purchase multiple products and choose to return some of them, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee even if part or some of those products are returned within 14 days of receipt.
