The above charges are on a per-box basis.  If your order is rather large and requires more than one box, you will be charged the above shipping charge per box.  If this is the case, we will contact you before your order is shipped.  If you order requires more than one box for shipping and qualifies for free shipping, one box will be shipped for free and you will be charged for any additional boxes that are shipped.

Order Processing Times

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to process your order.  Most orders are shipped the following business day.  This means that if you place your order on Monday, your order will ship on Tuesday.  If you place your order on Friday, your order will ship the following Monday.  Please take this into consideration when placing Express orders.  If you need your order quickly, please call us at 562-799-5554.  Due to high e-mail volume, we cannot guarantee that we will receive an e-mail in time.  If your order is urgent, call us!

Shipping Time Frames

Delivery times are calculated in business days.  Weekends, holidays and the day of shipment do NOT count towards the delivery time.We are not responsible if your order does not arrive in time, even if you specify a needed delivery date on your order.  If you need your order by a certain day, please choose the appropriate shipping method.

Oversize or Overweight Orders

Any box over 84 inches (length x width x height) is considered oversize and additional charges may apply.  Any box weighing over 15 pounds is considered overweight and additional charges may apply.

Guaranteed Delivery

The UPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground or Express Mail.  If your order is delayed in shipment, please take your claim to the UPS.  We cannot give refunds or credits for deliveries that are delayed in shipment by the UPS.

Shipping Insurance

Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during shipment.  The UPS does not automatically insure every package.  Insurance must be purchased seperately and is available for purchase during the checkout process.  If you do not chose to insure your package and it is lost or damaged during shipment, we can not be held responsible and will not provide refunds, credits or replacement products for the lost or damaged items.

Refused Packages or Packages Returned Due to Incorrect Address

We ship using the UPS.  Please enter your shipping address accordingly.  If parcels are refused or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.

International Shipping

There is a starting base rate shipping fee of  $45.00 USD on all international orders. It may be more depending on the size and weight of your order.  If your shipping charge exceeds this amount, the additional shipping charge will be added to your order.  In most cases, you will be notified of the additional shipping charge before your order is shipped. All international customers are required to pay any and all applicable duties, customs fees and/or taxes that their country requires upon entry of goods.  We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international orders.  We also cannot estimate any customs duties or taxes.  If you have any questions or would like an estimate, please contact your local customs authorities.  We also cannot guarantee delivery on any international orders.  In some countries, orders can get stuck in customs.  There is nothing we can do to speed your order through the customs screening process.  If parcels are refused or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.

International Billing Verification

All international orders, or orders using international credit cards must be verified with the bank prior to shipping.  Please allow 5 - 7 business days to verify all billing information.  You will be contacted if the information cannot be verified.
